For the period from September 22 to September 29, 2017

  1. The Decree of KR from September 15, 2017 № 579 made amendments in the decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic “On approval of tax reporting forms on value-added tax and excise tax, the procedure for their completion and submission” from July 14, 2015 № 491.
  2. The Decree of KR from September 25, 2017 № 603 adopted an appeal to the Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic) to amend the List of Authorized Bodies, that have the right to conduct the inspections of business entities.

For the period from September 11 to September 22, 2017

  1. The Decree of KR from September 13, 2017 № 558 introduced quantitative limitations on the export of the precious metals and raw materials, containing precious metals, from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
  2. The Decree of KR from September 13, 2017 № 563 is set out in the new version:

For the period from August 30 to September 11, 2017

  1. The Decree of KR from August 18, 2017 № 491 established the new size of the basic part of pension from October 1, 2017.
  2. The Decree of KR from August 18, 2017 № 511 approved the List of Permitted Activities in non-residential premises of apartment building.
  3. The Decree of KR from August 24, 2017 № 522 made amendments in the Decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic “On approval of the base amount of tax on the basis of voluntary patent on types of activities” from June 25, 2015 № 418.

For the period from August 7 to August 14, 2017

  1. The Law of KR from August 2, 2017 № 170 amended the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning collateral.
  2. The Law of KR from August 2, 2017 № 171 amended the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On collateral".
  3. On July 28, 2017 under № 163 the new Law of KR «On state benefits in the Kyrgyz Republic» was adopted.

For the period from July 31 to August 7, 2017

  1. The Law of KR from July 28, 2017 № 160 amended the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On personal (individual) registration of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic for the purposes of mandatory state social insurance" and the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On internal migration”, concerning personal identification number.
  2. The Law of KR from August 2, 2017 № 167 amended the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On licensing system in the Kyrgyz Republic".

For the period from July 24 to July 31, 2017

  1. The Law of KR from July 20, 2017 № 129 amended the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On personal information”.
  2. The Law of KR from July 20, 2017 № 137 amended the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On regulatory acts of the Kyrgyz Republic".
  3. The Law of KR from July 20, 2017 № 133 ratified the Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of Georgia on the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of tax evasion on income, signed on October 13, 2016 in Tbilisi.

For the period from July 17 to July 24, 2017

  1. The Law of KR from July 12, 2017 № 123 amended the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
  2. The Law of KR from July 15, 2017 № 125 amended the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On tariffs of insurance contributions on state social insurance".
  3. The Decree of the Government of KR from June 23, 2017 № 407 approved:
  • The rules of state registration, re-registration of vehicles, installations and equipment, as well as ownership of them;

The Decree of the Government of KR from 4 July, 2017 №416 amended the Decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic “On measures to implement the requirements of the articles 98, 242, 255, 257, 258, 280, 281, 287 and 295 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and article 11 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On implementation of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic” from December 30, 2008 № 735.

1. The Law of KR from June 27, 2017 № 112 amended the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On tariffs of insurance contributions to government social insurance”.

2. The Law of KR from June 29, 2017 № 113 amended the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. The Law of KR from June 29, 2017 № 114 amended the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
