  1. The Decree of the Government of the KR dated May 22, 2020 №269 approved the draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On amending certain legislative acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in declaring income, expenses, liabilities and property of persons filling or holding state and municipal positions”.
  2. The Decree of the Government of the KR dated May 26, 2020 №273 amended the Decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic “On streamlining trade activities on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic” dated September 30, 2014 № 560.

For the period from May 23 to May 29, 2020

  1. The Decree of the Government of the KR dated May 19, 2020 № 256 adopted decisions on the issues of providing the population with documents proving the identity of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, foreign citizens and stateless persons.
  2. The Decree of the Government of the KR dated May 22, 2020 № 271 amended the Decree of Government of the Kyrgyz Republic “On measures to prevent the threat of emergence and spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in the Kyrgyz Republic” dated March 17, 2020 № 163.

For May 22, 2020

  1. By the Order of the Civil Protection Commission of Bishkek city dated May 11, 2020 № 3, sanitary control points were established at the entrances to Bishkek.
  2. By the Order of the Civil Protection Commission of Bishkek city dated May 12, 2020 № 4, a list of restrictive measures (quarantine) was established.

For May 21, 2020

  1. By the Decree of the Government of the KR dated May 14, 2020 № 173-р, restricting the entry of foreign citizens into the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, amendments were made.

For May 20, 2020

  1. By the Decree of the Board of the NB of the KR dated May 13, 2020 № 2020-П-12/27-1- (НПА), the Procedure for identifying and verifying clients in a remote mode was approved and amendments were made to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic dated October 31, 2012 № 41/12 “On approval of the Instructions for working with bank accounts, accounts for bank deposits”.

  1. The Law of the KR dated May 13, 2020 № 54 amended:
  • the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On State Social Insurance”;
  • the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic”;
  • the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the procedure for conducting inspections of business entities”;
  • the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the procedure for conducting inspections of the activities of local self-government”;
  • the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic;
  • the Budget Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

For May 18, 2020

  1. By the Decree of the Bishkek City Hall dated May 10, 2020 № 77-р, restrictive measures (quarantine) were introduced on the territory of the city of Bishkek on May 11, 2020 and the List of types of permitted economic activities during the period of restrictive measures (quarantine) in the city of Bishkek was approved.

For May 15, 2020

  1. The Decree of the Government of the KR dated May 8, 2020 № 241 approved measures to implement the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On amending certain legislative acts of the Kyrgyz Republic on the stabilization of the socio-economic situation in connection with force majeure”.

For the period from May 12 to May 14, 2020

  1. By the Decree of the Government of the KR dated May 6, 2020 № 162-р, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved an Action Plan for 2020 to restore economic activity and support the activities of business entities.

For May 11, 2020

  1. The Law of the KR dated May 7, 2020 №52 amended the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On public health” and the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On civil protection”, which established measures during the period of introduction of restrictive measures (quarantine).
  2. The Decree of the Government of the KR dated April 29, 2020 №224 approved the technical requirements for outdoor video surveillance systems.
