  1. The Decree of the Board of the NB of the KR dated April 29, 2020 №2020-П-12/25-7-(НПА) approved the Temporary Rules for the classification of assets and the implementation of the corresponding deductions to the reserve to cover potential losses and losses by commercial banks.

For April 28-29, 2020

  1. The Law of the KR dated April 11, 2020 №39 amended the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on non-tax revenues.
  2. By the Order of the Government of the KR dated April 24, 2020 №139-р 10, amendments were made to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic dated March 20, 2020 №92-р (on the establishment of working days).

For April 27, 2020

  1. The Decree of the Government of the KR dated April 20, 2020 №210 approved measures to stabilize the socio-economic situation in connection with force majeure circumstances (regarding payment of insurance premiums and reporting on social insurance).
  2. By the Decree of the Board of the NB of the KR dated April 22, 2020 №2020-П-33/24-2-(НФКУ), the following Decrees of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic were amended:

  1. The Law of the KR dated April 20, 2020 №48 amended the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Public Procurement”.
  2. The Decree of the Government of the KR dated April 15, 2020 №207 amended the Decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the introduction of a temporary ban on the export of medicines and medical supplies from the Kyrgyz Republic” dated February 3, 2020 №57.

For April 23, 2020

  1. The Law of the KR dated April 18, 2020 №45 amended the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic:
  • “On compulsory insurance of civil liability of a carrier of dangerous goods”,
  • “On compulsory insurance of civil liability of the carrier to passengers”.
  1. The Law of the KR dated April 20, 2020 №46 ratified the Financing Agreement between the Kyrgyz Republic and the International Development Association (Emergency Project on COVID-19), signed on April 7, 2020 in Bishkek.

For April 21-22, 2020

  1. The Law of the KR dated April 18, 2020 №44 amended:
  • Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic,
  • Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on violations,
  • Budget Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
  1. By the Decree of the Government of the KR dated April 17, 2020 №133-р, measures were approved to reduce the negative impact on economic and social stability in connection with the current epidemiological situation of coronavirus (COVID-19).

For April 20, 2020

  1. The Decree of the Government of the KR dated April 12, 2020 №202 approved the draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On amending the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic”.
  2. By the Order of the Bishkek City Commandant’s Office dated April 15, 2020 №37пр additional measures were taken to ensure a state of emergency in the city of Bishkek.
  3. By the Order of the Ministry of Health of the KR dated April 12, 2020 №227, issues were considered to strengthen measures to prevent the spread of COVID 19.
