“W. Jacobs - Audit” is a Closed Joint-Stock Company, started its operation on 13 October 1994.
The Company has a license (# 0007) for the right to conduct the audit activity, officially issued by the State Commission for financial reporting and auditing standards under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on 6 August 2003, giving the right to audit any type of companies.
The professionalism of the “W. Jacobs – Audit” staff allows to perform an audit, conduct an accounting and to provide consultations on matters of various economy sectors.
Main customers of the “W. Jacobs - Audit” are joint, foreign companies (including donor organizations), OJSC, CJSC, private firms and public organizations.
Based on the results of the review of the audit companies in the Kyrgyz Republic, “W. Jacobs - Audit” is considered acceptable for conduction of audit of projects funded by the Asian Development Bank, Islamic Development Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
The “W. Jacobs-Audit” CJSC provides its services based on entire independence. None of the founders or employees (or their close relatives) of the Company serves at any level of Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, legislative bodies or public organizations. There is no conflict of interest in the Company and any time upon the first request, it can submit the written confirmation about the absence of such a conflict or the written confirmation of the entire independence.
To minimize the risks the “W. Jacobs-Audit” CJSC is carried out civil liability insurance towards third parties that provide additional guarantees for Company’s clients (a contract of insurance of the professional liability of the auditors Series С_ПО #000899 from December 07, 2020).
The "W. Jacobs-Audit" CJSC is a member of a self-regulating organization of auditors ULE Association "Council for financial reporting and auditing."
On November 30, 2016, CJSC "W. Jacobs Audit" signed a network agreement with "FinExpertiza" international network.
